We do NOT accept return of products due to food and health hygiene reasons.

We do not offer a refund in case of a change of mind or incorrect purchase.

Only wrongly-delivered items may be refunded. You do not have to return the said products as we do not replace or exchange items (for the same food and health hygiene reasons) if they are wrongly-delivered.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it., the wrongly-delivered items within 24hours of order delivery, providing the Order Number and a photo of the item delivered. Once your request for refund is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.

If it is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within 30 days.
