We do NOT accept return of products due to food and health hygiene reasons.

We do not offer a refund in case of a change of mind or incorrect purchase.

Only wrongly-delivered items may be refunded. The customers do not have to return the said products as we do not replace or exchange items (for the same food and health hygiene reasons) if they are wrongly-delivered.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it., the wrongly-delivered items within 24hours of order delivery, providing the Order Number and a photo of the item delivered. Once the request for refund is received and reviewed, we will send an email to notify that we have received the request and the approval or rejection of the said request.

If it is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of online payment, within 30 days.

In the event of an order being cancelled by our office, for any reason. A full refund will be made to your original method of online payment, within 30 days, or the customer may opt to provide a bank account to receive the said refund within 14 days.
